The breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations, especially the freshly baked croissants. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, creating a welcoming atmosphere. However, the atrium view from my room felt a bit uninspiring, and the absence of a magnifying mirror in the bathroom was inconvenient for makeup application. Room service now uses to-go containers, which was disappointing, though the staff willingly provided a plate and silverware upon request.

We had an excellent stay at Grand Hyatt Washington! The room was spacious and clean, and I particularly loved the comfortable king-size bed. The lobby is stunning, and there's a Starbucks conveniently located on-site. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, especially Cecilia and Catherine at the front desk. Their helpfulness made our experience even better!
None at all!

We explored Ford's Theater and other nearby attractions. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Overall, a great spot for a group getaway!
One downside was the parking fees, which were quite steep. We ended up finding a garage nearby for a better rate.

the grand hyatt has a great location right near the holocaust museum, making it super easy to explore. the room was functional, with a nice sitting area and desk. i loved how friendly the staff were and the access to the metro was a huge plus!

Valet parking made for a smooth arrival, with immediate access to the grand lobby, which truly impresses with its spacious and elegant design. Being connected to a metro station offers unbeatable convenience for heading out to explore the city.
The layout results in a long trek to the room from the elevators, which might be a hassle after a long day. The bathrooms, while functional, show signs of wear. peeling paint and cracked wallpaper detracts from an otherwise nice ambiance. Laundry service lacks express options, which would be a boon for business travelers needing quick suit steaming and similar services.
